Format: The Worms Head 10k can be entered by anyone who feels they are capable of competing*. There is gender separation, so men and women compete for first place in their respective category. Fancy dress is always welcome so long as it doesn't endanger yourself or other athletes. *Athletes with a registered disability will need to contact the race office to discuss whether the race is suitable and safe to enter.
